NOISE
The property is located near the freeway, and traffic noise and light from passing cars may be noticeable at night, particularly in the primary bedroom. Light sleepers may wish to bring along items such as earplugs, an eye mask, or other personal comforts to ensure a restful night.

NO AC
Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. This is common for homes in the Soda Springs area, where the mountain climate is typically cool year-round and A/C is generally not needed.

During the warmer summer months, however, daytime temperatures can occasionally rise. To help keep the home comfortable, we recommend opening the windows during the cooler evening and morning hours and closing the blinds during the hottest part of the day.



PETS
Our pet fee is $350/stay. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

NO SMOKING AND VAPING
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.
