"Footprints" - 6 Bed/6 Bath Oceanside Home - Hot Tub - Community Pool
“Footprints” is located in the “Ocean Ridge” community in North Topsail Beach, NC. The home is just a few steps to the private shared direct beach access and 0.22 miles to the community pool. This oceanside home is equipped with an elevator and hot tub. Incredible views of both the ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway can be seen from the home.
On the ground floor, you will find a private enclosed, hot and cold-water outdoor shower, storage area for beach chairs and toys, and covered parking in the garages. Head inside and past the elevator you will find a pool table lounge featuring a refrigerator and television.
Continue up to the first floor where you’ll find 4 bedrooms, a media room, and a laundry closet. The two sound side bedrooms both feature two sets of twin bunkbeds and a twin with trundle and a television. The media room is equipped with a television, gaming consoles and games, and a wet bar with a mini fridge. The oceanside bedroom to the left features a king bed, handicapped accessible bathroom, television, and deck access. The bedroom to the right features a king bed, large television, and bathroom. On the oceanside bottom deck you’ll find the hot tub, perfect for unwinding in the evening.
The top floor is an open living room, dining, and kitchen layout for easy gathering and memory making! Step outside on the decks after making breakfast or after a long beach day to take in the Topsail Island bliss that you will be surrounded by. You’ll find a bedroom on the sound-side of the top floor featuring a queen bed (with a motorized adjustable base), television, and jack and jill bathroom that connects to the breakfast nook. The breakfast nook includes a café style table and sound views. On the oceanside of the top floor, you’ll find a master bedroom featuring a king bed, television, spacious bathroom, and deck access.
You’ll want to bring your family back year after year to “Footprints” to leave your footprints in the sand!

Linen Options: SILVER PACKAGE INCLUDED for ALL 6-night minimum reservations from May 1 to September 30, 2025. Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom.

Age Requirements: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. ID verification required prior to check in. House parties will be evicted immediately. Any group renting this property under false pretenses shall be immediately evicted with no refund.
Summer Requirements: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday Check-in/out only
TV Disclosure: Smart TVs require guests to log in with their own accounts to access subscription apps. Access credentials are not provided.
CANCELLATIONS - Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. Please review our Rental Policies and Cancellation Policy.
CHECK IN DAY DETAILS - Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.
PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION - All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.
You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description. Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).
TOPSAIL ISLAND GENERAL INFO - WiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.
Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.
Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.
Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.
Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.
