"The owner had removed the property and we apparently booked with some kind of zombie account. VRBO had not validated the listing but kept communicating everything was good to go. VRBO did book our party of nine hotel rooms. These were over a half hour from the property and no where near the beach. We had no facility to prepare the food we had brought and were forced to eat at restaurants the whole weekend. "We had an amazing stay at this cottage! The lakeview was absolutely beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day outdoors, and we loved using the BBQ patio for family meals. The fire pit created such a cozy atmosphere in the evenings, and it was a great spot for roasting marshmallows under the stars.The cottage itself was clean, well-kept, and very comfortable.
