"Staff was great and Resort was nice…my daughter loved the lazy river! My dad loved the coffee and cookies! The balcony was really nice. Parking in garage was kinda tight, but outdoor parking is available. There was a charge to use the games in the game room, so kids didn’t experience that. Location was perfect! Right off Parkway and close to The Island and Dollywood. Easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg. I would stay there again."

"Ridículo não ter internet no local. Funcionários pouco solicitos, especialmente no restaurante. Paguei antecipado as diárias e me cobraram uma diária mesmo assim no check in. Agora não sei quando vão devolver a cobrança indevida"

"Quarto limpo. Ótima localização. "

"I enjoyed stay, real nice room , beds was a little firm but I’d stay again with no problems"

Bathroom was clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults. Beds were advertised as queen's but were most likely full. Beds were crowded for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. Microwave and refrigerator were a good plus. No bugs were observed during our stay. Doors open directly to the sidewalk and parking lot. There was a 2nd floor exterior...

"Gail the desk was very helpful. Hot tub was not appealing as it was filled with foam. Breakfast had a fair selection of options, but quality of food was sub-par. Towels were meager. General cleaning appeared decent but detail (nooks & crannies) was dirty."

"This will be my new place to stay when visiting Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. I love that the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours."

"Estadia boa, mas tive de tomar café em pé por falta de mesa"

"If you have breakfast at this location or if you are just wanting to do any activity that requires you to sit, SIT OUTSIDE by the river. SOOO PRETTY! Had the best experience here. Loved it"
