"check in and check out was a breeze. The suites were big, very beautiful and recently built. We went off season, so it wasn’t crowded in town or in RMNP. It was a perfect spot to rest close to town. It isn’t remote or wooded, but it is very accessible. "

No issues issues. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Had all the utensils that you would need for a long stay highly recommend."

"I booked this room after 11 PM. I arrived and there was nobody in the office. I called and texted the number provided and received no answer. I waited approximately half an hour and then contacted Expedia. I’m still waiting to find out if they are willing to refund my money. After locating a new place to stay well after midnight, somebody texted me and rather than apologizing, I received more like a lecture saying didn’t you know that our office closes at nine? As a matter of fact, I did not...

"This property is absolutely beautiful. Make sure you stay in the two bedroom via, it overlooks the river - it also has a bubble bath/Jacuzzi. Absolutely, breathtaking, massive very spacious and open. Let me tell you, the staff there is also incredible. The woman that checks you in and takes care of the front reception area is such a delight, we were amazed at how sweet and helpful she was with recommendations for local places. The place that we rented was spotless absolutely clean and beautiful....

"We have stayed here multiple times and loved it in the past. But they definitely seemed to be having less and less amenities and care about their clients. You can't even get a bottle of water or anything to drink if you need something to drink anywhere on the property. The front desk staff could care less about the questions that I was asking them and was getting like short one word answers from two different staff members on two different days it was like I was bothering them by asking them...
