"The staff were incredibly friendly and gladly assisted in helping us get our check-in info over the phone as we weren't able to make it in during check-in hours. Room was large and clean. Check-Out kiosk was easy to use."

"This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the...

"My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by coziness of our room. From the peaceful sights/sounds of the river water right off of our balcony to the functioning appliances including a gas grill. We were very satisfied and quite relaxed after our stay. Definitely more bang for our bucks."

"The cabin was perfect! The kitchen had everything that I needed to cook food. The fireplace gave it a cozy touch. They provided an oscillating fan which was nice to use in the afternoons. I absolutely loved sitting by the river and watching the different wild life. There is a nice walking path that is close by.There is a restaurant next door that is nice to eat at. The hot tub was clean and relaxing to sit in. The owner was super helpful with information. "

"This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park."

"The gal in the office was amazing - so kind, friendly, and helpful! We loved our room. The kitchenette was perfectly what we needed, and the shower was great. The lock didn't work in the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was good. Not much breakfast, but we bought eggs at a nearby Safeway and were able to cook our own breakfast in our room. Great view and away from the busyness downtown! We loved it and would definitely stay again."

"the property was great. the check in process (for me anyway) was poor. There was no one on property. I was supposed to get an email at noon on the day of check in and I didn't. I had to call and get them to send me an email while on the mountain top. Then I had to reenter all of my info to get the access code . It was a painful process with mountain wifi access. after that process, it went smoothly."

"I liked everything about this hotel. It was old style, in a great location, and I was very satisfied with the price. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would happily recommend it"

"The bed was hard and they need to redo/ rearrange their asphalt access and driving paths near the office. I would come stay again bit might try a different room."

"Stayed for 2 nights with two kids. Indoor pool was great. Hot tub was relaxing. Could’ve used one more waffle maker in the mornings, as there was a line for that. Room was nice, though it didn’t appear to be vacuumed that well. Overall, would definitely stay there again."

"Our room was older, but large & nicely furnished. They could add a few hooks for towels in the bathroom & sink area, but otherwise the bed was comfy, perfectly quiet tho the property was nearly full."
