"Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. "I was traveling for personal and business for which I stayed for two nights and everything was great. The room was clean, easy access to the hotel, accessible parking and the walk-in shower was very nice with no issues. Would recommend staying to anyone. "

Who knows) i didnt get to use the room for 78 hours before i was woken up and told i was given someone elses room last night, again not my problem ehy wake me up. No one in the hotel had business cards as they claimed they just switched managers (office depot is same day) . In the process of getting my money back"

"The breakfast was great and had a good selection, it wasn’t just muffins and coffee, it had eggs, French toast sticks, they alternated bacon one day and sausages the next day, oatmeal with a variety of toppings, fresh fruits, yogurt, bagels, bread, cereal, juices, coffee, tea, the rooms are spacious and comfortable beds, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again."

"A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep. Lady up front was not likeable.
