"Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. "Horrible, disgusting breakfast. Had better at best western last week. The operations manager woke me up at 7am knocking on my door trying to check someone in (at 7am why? Who knows) i didnt get to use the room for 78 hours before i was woken up and told i was given someone elses room last night, again not my problem ehy wake me up. No one in the hotel had business cards as they claimed they just switched managers (office depot is same day) . In the process of getting my money back"

"The breakfast was great and had a good selection, it wasn’t just muffins and coffee, it had eggs, French toast sticks, they alternated bacon one day and sausages the next day, oatmeal with a variety of toppings, fresh fruits, yogurt, bagels, bread, cereal, juices, coffee, tea, the rooms are spacious and comfortable beds, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again."

"I am not sure why Expedia recommended this hotel. My stay was comfortable but nothing to write home about. The reception was cold and uninviting. The room was blah. The biggest turnoff was that there was no coffee to make in the room. The breakfast was bland and unappealing. I would think twice before staying here again."
