"2泊しました。ケンダル駅から近く、移動にも観光にも便利な立地です。朝食が特に気に入りました。通常のイングリッシュ・ブレックファストだけでなく、ベジタリアンメニューなども柔軟に選べ、味もとても美味しかったです。ダイニングの雰囲気も良く、朝からゆったり過ごせました。部屋はどこかアットホームで落ち着く雰囲気があり、快適に滞在できました。建物自体にも歴史を感じさせる趣があり、ケンダルという街の雰囲気によく合っていると感じました。一点だけ気になったのはタオル交換です。客室清掃が3日に1回という方針は理解していますし、タオルは別途依頼すれば交換してもらえるとの案内もありました。ただ、一度お願いした際には行き違いがあったのか交換されておらず、後ほどフロントで改めてお願いするとすぐに対応してもらえました。その点を除けば、立地、朝食、雰囲気ともに満足度が高く、ケンダル滞在の拠点として良いホテルでした。"

"Nice hotel , nice garden with places to sit in among the ducks. Clean rooms . Bit unsure on how to get into the model village on site , no information on it anywhere. Got to the gate only to find you needed a ticket from reception which is a good way back up hill so didn’t bother. Sign at reception would have been a good idea. Lovely receptionist when we checked in but the one in the morning was so miserable, never smiled and just seemed like she didn’t want to be there . Having said that...
