"Staff was great, especially Jill!"

"A cama eh maravilhosa, proximo do centro. Ponto negTivo foi o cafe da manha q tem de ser tomado de pe. Atendente foi muito simpatica."

"The room was clean. The outside in some areas was full of cigarette butts which I realize is not the fault of the hotel but the smokers responsibility. The room and hallways had an odour to them which was not appealing. The hotel needs an update(beds, bedding, paint TV's(they were maybe 30", carpet etc. Pool was not open. Only coffee across from the check in desk inn the morning."

"The property is lovely, the staff was very nice, and the food was terrific! The room, and I would assume all the rooms in Maplewood Building would be similar, could use some tlc. The carpet has been in there for years, since there were wood-burning fireplaces. It had burn marks and stains all over it, as well as a large visible seam across it. Other than the fact that it’s age is showing, I have no complaints."

"The new owners are very friendly and helpful. Our room (pet free) was very clean and spacious. Having the small table and chairs in the room was great for us as we had brought our own breakfast food. Its good value for money. Cons for me: Beds were a bit hard You can hear highway noise throughout the night"
