"I gave this listing one star not because it was terrible. We, in fact, did not stay there. On the day we were to arrive the air quality was 'very unhealthy' and the community was on an a 'Ready' alert for evacuation. The Akawa Butte fire was five miles north and was now the priority resource fire in the country. The second day we would have been there, they evacuated two thousand residents. We decided the last thing this community needed was two more tourists to suck up valuable resources...

"There were a bunch of bats flying around and then found dead bats in the room in the morning. We got very sick, and got rabies shots to be safe, it was also a remodeled garage which was misleading from the main photos that were shown on the website."

"It was a large expansive property with lots of amenities. But you had to drive or walk quite a bit to get around the resort. Not a problem unless you're disabled or unable to walk. When making a reservation we weren't given the option to book a Riverfront room or a parking lot View room. There was no delineation of rooms. So when we got there we had a parking lot room. I would have loved to have paid for and had a place on the river because in order to see the river which is the main thing at...

"The space is clean and well decorated, it feels homey without being cluttered. There are upstairs neighbors, and the noise they generated at times was loud and took away from the overall experience. The bathroom is large and clean, the shower was phenomenal. Having in house laundry was awesome and added value for us on our stay. Meg was easy to reach and responded quickly. The provided binder had so much useful information and was great for getting oriented. If a little (and truly I mean little)...

"Nice residential neighborhood located on the back side of a home. Unit was clean and convenient. However, no temperature control in the unit since it appears to be a single unit within the home on the other side of the door. Too cold with the cool air blowing all night the first night. But we do recommend "

When checking in you need to provide a credit card for incidentals, which is fine. We found out we were billed 195 after check out. Thank goodness I checked my credit card statement. Communication with the management company was good but it did take 3 weeks to get that money credited back. Just make...
