Your Sioux Falls adventure begins at this simple & functional 2-bedroom house on a quiet side street. Hot water, cozy linens, & excellent Wi-Fi are appreciated throughout the house with all amenities located on 1 level thoughtfully arranged for families with young children. Designed with families in mind, primary bedroom setup includes 1 queen bed and space for a travel crib while secondary bedroom features a bunk bed and a crib set up with toddler rail. Queen air mattress also available for larger groups with space in the living room for set up.

Living room is equipped with family games & puzzles most appreciated by kids under 10 years of age, a 48" Roku SmartTV, and a high top dining table with space for 6. Full kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, coffee, spices, and towels.

Tub/shower combo with 5 setting handheld flexible shower head wouldn't be complete without a few bath toys. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and other toiletries available for you during your stay.

Hallway linen cupboards are stocked for your stay with towels, washcloths, extra sheets and pillow cases. Ample storage is available for you in the primary bedroom closet where you will find additional bedding, electric fans, and space heaters for your comfort.



Enjoy the convenience of puzzles, books, & toys for young adventurers, as well as WiFi and stacked laundry for whatever happens on your trip. This is our family home during the school year & we think our place will help you experience everything Sioux Falls has to offer in a safe, central location close to Sanford Children's Castle & USD Medical Center, Midco Aquatic Center, Great Plains Zoo, VA Hospital, FSD airport, Augustana & USF Universities, golf course, and a variety of parks are close by for your convenience. Don't miss the expanding downtown featuring a new splash pad and of course, Falls Park!
The driveway is shared with the house next door which we also own and occasionally rent out. Walk up the shared driveway, up 1 step, and into the front door equipped with key code lock. Unique key code will be sent to you 24-48 hours prior to arrival. For the convenience of all of our guests, you may park in the driveway for short periods to unload but please park on the street during your stay.

If you anticipate needing queen air mattress, infant travel crib, iron, ironing board, or any other amenities not included in the listing description, please reach out in advance. We strive to serve and hope you feel right at home with us! Since we live nearby, you will likely notice our family working in the garden and playing throughout both yards. We enjoy this opportunity to interact with our guests as hosting our home brings our family so much joy!

Please don't hesitate to send a message through the app or say "Hi" in the yard if you need anything! For the safety & security of our neighborhood, we kindly request quiet hours after 8pm. We require guests refrain from smoking, vaping, and other substances while on our property. No additional guests at any time without prior approval. No parties permitted at the property. No pets are permitted although you may see our 10 pound poodle mix on the property. We do ask that you refrain from red and blue dyed drinks in the home and wash sticky hands!

Unapproved guests or pets are subject to an additional fee and/or immediate removal from the premise. Suspicious activity will be reported immediately & you will be asked to leave. No refund will be issued. Additional fees applied for red or blue stains.
