Very large walk-in closet in the upstairs king size bed/bedroom w/a large tv as well mounted to the wall. Walkable to Augustana college where we watched my niece play."

"The place was clean and comfortable. Easy to contact the owner when one of the smoke alarms battery was going out. The owner came over the next day to replace it. Great hospitality and wonderful location."

"Perfect house and location for a fun family weekend. House was perfect for having a 1.5 year old. Toys in the basement, pack n play and park one block away. 10 minutes from USF stadium and HyVee close by made it perfect location for us. "

"The Happy Place is a perfect little house. I would have actually liked to know more about the property's history. We were very comfortable there-I loved the old Philco refrigerator that is still running perfectly. Interesting artifacts to explore. The shelving gave me ideas for my own little cottage in PA. All appliances in the kitchen that we used worked well. Nicely decorated, beds comfortable, water & ice in frig. Communication with owner was good."
