Relax in the comfortable, open living room complete with an HDTV and Sonos sound system. Enjoy the original, vintage photos of Sioux Falls and carefully curated, mid-century pieces. Vintage Packard Bell record player / stereo console with a collection of vinyl records including Bob Dylan, The Who, Pink Floyd and others.

MAIN BEDROOM:
"The Red Room" is designed in a warm palette with an adjoining, private half-bathroom. Bed size is a queen with a luxury mattress, sheets and pillows. Each nightstand includes multiple USB charging ports and outlets.

SECOND BEDROOM:
"The Green Room" is styled in a cooler color palette complete with textured designs and accents. Bed size is a queen with a luxury mattress, sheets and pillows. Each nightstand includes multiple USB charging ports and outlets.

THIRD BEDROOM:
"The White Room" includes a dedicated working space with a Eames chair, adjustable desk lamp and surge protector. Bedsize is a twin with high quality sheets and pillows. Nightstand also includes multiple USB ports and outlets.

KITCHEN / BREAKFAST AREA:
The completely renovated Kitchen is open and bright with quartz countertops. Fully-stocked with glasses and plates readily accessible. Wide-open farmhouse-style sink with professional grade InSinkerator disposal and Grohe extendable faucet. Quiet Bosch dishwasher and luxurious Bosch refrigerator which includes a beverage compartment, filtered water and automatic ice cube maker. Also includes a breakfast table with Knoll Bertoia-designed chairs with a view to the front yard and entrance.

DINING ROOM:
A large, spacious, white carrara marble tulip table designed by Eero Saarinen and seating for six. Complete with Herman Miller Eames Aluminum Group leather dining chairs. Closeby a glass vitrine containing classic games for entertainment.

You’ll have full and private access to the entire home, patio and backyard during your stay.

We do have a doorbell camera at the front door that records both video and audio for added guest security.
