The continental breakfast consisted of bagels, Cheerios, orange juice, apple juice & coffee. Our room was small but we knew that going in as it was stated. Room was very clean, recently repainted, etc. We would stay again. "

"Our room was steps away from Lake Huron and you couldn’t beat the location which is walking distance to Shepler’s Ferry. Our daughter enjoyed the indoor pool as the days were rainy and cool. We rode the golf cart shuttle to breakfast each morning to avoid the rain since we were in the farthest building from the front desk/breakfast area and this hotel complex is made up of multiple unattached buildings (which we did not realize until we arrived). "This was an older property, but very well kept with only a few minor cosmetic flaws. Absolutely loved that the room was waterfront with a balcony: you could hear the waves on the shore from the room. We enjoyed the fire pit that was on the beach and the continental breakfast in the morning: just enough food to fill your belly before a quick trip to the marina and ferry to Mackinac Island.
