This home is perfect for large gatherings of friends or family with over 3500 square feet including a large downstairs living area for watching movies, playing games or extra sleeping space. Ideally located just off the highway, it includes:
- Minutes to any of SEVEN ski areas + dining/shopping areas. 50 yards from Summit Co shuttle stop.
- Four King suites with luxurious appointments. Sleeps 10 in bedrooms.
- Open main floor area w gorgeous kitchen/dining area comes fully equipped.
- Private 6-person hot tub just steps from back door (video monitored)
- Latest technology throughout - 6 Smart HDTVs
- Two car heated garage + driveway parking
- New furnishings + contemporary mountain styling
- Professionally managed - you will be guided from check-in to check-out
- Note: we generally do not rent in summer months.

LOCATION: Quiet neighborhood centrally located off I-70 with quick access to ski areas: Keystone (10 min), Arapahoe Basin (15), Copper Mtn (15), Loveland (20), Breckenridge (25), Vail (30), Beaver Creek (35). Shopping and dining close by in Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco. 1/2 half block to the Blue River's fishing, hiking and biking trails.

MAIN FLOOR -
Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped w huge island, double oven, convection microwave and mountain views. Gourmet Weber grill. Open to the living and dining areas - plenty of room for a big gathering. Seats up to 12 for meals.

Living room w/ oversized seating open to the top floor & boasts two floors of windows to let the sun and mountain views stream in. Gas fireplace, 55" HDTV and wireless entertainment center .

1/2 bath. Full size washer/dryer and plenty of room for ski gear. Dual doors open to the beautiful deck with Weber gas grill and 6-person hot tub that has lake and mountain views.

TOP FLOOR -
Master Bedroom - KING bed (Serta iComfort Hybrid) and dual walk-in closets. Huge master bath w/ mountain views, jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Flat screen smart HDTV. Hair dryer.

2nd bedroom - KING bed + twin XL bunks + full bath w/ 2 sinks. Flat screen smart HDTV. Hair dryer.

3rd bedroom - KING bed and full bath. Flat screen smart HDTV. Hair dryer.

LOWER LEVEL -
Media room with 65" smart HDTV & surround sound - perfect for movie and popcorn at the end of a ski day. Extra space for air mattress. Pub table and chairs.

4th bedroom - KING bed and luxury bath including steam shower. Flat screen smart HDTV. Hair dryer.

OTHER - Sun drenched deck with gas grill, hot tub, seating and stunning lake and mountain views. Note: Deck & hot tub are video monitored for security.
Google mesh wifi network covers the house with hi-speed internet, streaming TV channels, HDTV and Roku on all TVs to use major streaming services (your subscription). Large supply of books, movies, games & sleds. Hair dryers in all BRs.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. With two young grandchildren, we cook most meals at home and the large kitchen had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed being in Silverthorne. We skied at Keystone, skated at a pond nearby that had a nice warming hut, and our grandsons loved Rainbow Park and the pool at the Silverthorne Rec Center. Communication was great with the host.

MLK Weekend Ski Trip

Thank you so much for sharing your BEAUTIFUL home with us! There is just so much to love about this property! It exceeded our expectations 1000 times over. The central location was ideal with easy access to stores and highway, while nestled into a safe, quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate, extremely clean and fresh. There was just so much attention to detail. The check in/check out process was really simple, with the management company and owner incredibly easy to contact through open communication. This luxurious home is absolutely on our return to list!! We can't wait to come back! Thank you again!!

Feels like home away from home

This home is beautiful and very nice! We had our entire family, 8 of us and it was perfect for family time as well as places for quiet time. The owners were very helpful with questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for a space for us to stay and be able to have more time with our snowboarders!

Very Nice House

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was nicer than we thought it looked in the online listing and very well equipped. We went skiing every day at Copper Mountain, which was only a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this house for a nice stay in Silverthorne.

We had a family vacation that will have memories that last a life time and that was in large part due to the ability to gather in this amazing home. The Perfect Stay

Everything about this home was welcoming and relaxing. The open kitchen/living/dining area made for a large comfortable space for our family of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). Very clean. Conveniently located from skiing and shopping. Basement “theatre” area was a great extra space for kids. Lots of games available. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to communication. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and convenient!

We had a great time in this home while on our family ski trip! The kitchen was very well stocked with all that we needed to cook for 9 people. The directions for everything like the wifi and tv's were very well laid out. The hot tub was great - hot, clean and so relaxing! The location in Silverthorne was very convenient to Keystone, Vail and Breck. Thanks for a great experience.

Mountain Family Memories

The location was perfect for skiers and sledding! Stores close by! We loved the hot tub!The home was fully equipped! The views were spectacular! Family reunion after Covid and two new additions to our family! The kitchen and outdoor grill made it easy to feed our group of 12! King beds for all plus bunks for the kids and a pack n’ play! Luxury! Already telling friends.. this is the BEST place ever! Owner helpful and responsive!

Perfect Family Place

This property is absolutely beautiful, well-cared for and has great views from every window of mountains, sunrises, and stars. Every imaginable comfort is supplied and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had our entire family ( ages 8-73) with us and we all had a wonderful time. There are plenty of things to do in close proximity—skiing, snowmobiling, shopping and scenic drives. Loved our stay here!

Luxury convenient to ski mountains

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and incredibly well-appointed. We were spoiled by the chef-grade kitchen with an induction stove, double ovens and an over-sized refrigerator/freezer. Even the utensils, cookware, and serveware were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with a ton of useful cooking needs, such as olive oil and spices. The layout of the house allows for multiple guests to have their own space while providing a comfortable and inviting place to gather. The basement was perfect for the kids to take over and the house has tons of games and puzzles. We skied Copper and Keystone, both of which were an easy, straightforward 20 minutes away. The garage had racks for our boots and skis and the mudroom had shelves and hooks for our ski gear. We enjoyed the spacious hot tub and the beautiful deck. Don was so communicative and easy to work with. He was kind enough to let us know when the cleaning crew had finished and we could check-in. The place was immaculate and it's clear that every detail has been thought through in order to provide guests with a seamless and comfortable stay. We will definitely be booking this house again in the near future!
