"Great location with easy access to UW and surrounding areas. Townhome was clean and had great views too from the rooftop. As others have noted, parking space is a little tight but there’s plenty of street parking available. "

"The description "Modern, Cozy" is exactly right. The space is very warm and welcoming and, although very small, it is highly functional. I was there with my adult daughter and grandson (9) for my daughter's graduation from Bastyr. The hosts very thoughtfully created this apartment and didn't leave anything out. It worked very well for the 3 of us. Both beds were very comfortable (the sofa bed has a topper that makes all the difference) and the kitchen area worked just fine for our 5 night stay....

"It was a nice, clean and quiet place walking distance to Green Lake, Whole Foods, and restaurants. The only thing was there was no parking dedicated so we had to park on the street which was sometimes inconvenient, as it was not easy to find. Overall, very satisfied with our stay."

"Our stay was for business. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was safe, welcoming and quiet. We appreciated all the fine details provided for checkin and check out. Our hosts were very responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Seattle. "

Great location, lacking amenities

"The location is excellent; you can walk to the city center and other tourist attractions. Overall, the accommodation was good and clean, but the room was old and didn't have air conditioning. There was a small fan for a large room, which was not sufficient to handle the heat in Seattle. Additionally, I was on a business trip, and the Wi-Fi did not work in my room on the fourth floor. I had to use my phone's hotspot or go to the hallway to download files. The staff was attentive during check-in and check-out."
