"The location is peaceful with a beautiful view of the golf course. We enjoyed watching the neighbors’ hummingbirds. The primary bedroom located downstairs was very convenient, & the kitchen was stocked with essentials. Having a full-size washer & dryer, a garage with an opener, & a working gas fireplace were all nice touches.That said, the property could use more thorough maintenance & cleaning. Most of the towels were stained, one pillowcase even had blood stains, & the carpet showed noticeable...
