• This suite is equipped to sleep 8 people comfortably; however, it has the capacity to sleep 9 if you utilize the sofas.

• Brand new furniture
• Kitchen with appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher) and plenty of dish ware & utensils

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Minimum Age: Primary booking guest must be 25+. Message us to discuss possible exceptions.
• ID: Government-issued photo ID is required after booking.
• Parking: One free parking space is provided, with additional free street parking available.
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only.
• Separate Suite: The basement suite is currently rented and occupied. The guests in that space do not have access to the main house, and vice versa, ensuring your privacy. They may occasionally use the backyard; however, you will have priority.
• Furnishings: Furniture or décor may change slightly over time while maintaining the same standard and layout.
• Crib Use (if provided): Use of the pack ’n play is at guest discretion and responsibility.

- No unauthorized late check outs, please let us know if running late as a late check out fee of $75 may be applied to accommodate cleaning schedules set in advance.
