"Overall stay was good.. staff was excellent especially Jeremiah the bartender, and the lady who took care of breakfast every morning. What was offered for breakfast was hit or miss and the breakfast options were often late ..Please give the lovely lady who does this all herself an aide who isn’t also checking people in and out. The bar drink options were extremely limited if you were a wine or beer drinker.. this was a celebration weekend if graduation for almost everyone in the hotel, but...

"Já fiquei em alguns Hoteis desta rede Staybridge e me agradou muito. Porém este em Lubbock é um Hotel velho, sem renovação. Barulhento. Geladeira quebrada. Depois houve um "conserto" mas só o freezer funcionou e barulhento. Vazamento de agua na banheira (intermitente). Café da manha até 9:30 mas às 9:15 já recolhem as cadeiras e quando solicitamos ovos (que não havia), informaram: "só amanhã". Alarme de incêndio disparou na madrugada. Nenhuma informação e/ou instrução para volta aos quartos....

"This was a decent place to stay for our weekend in Lubbock. We were there for a softball tournament and this hotel met our needs (clean bed, hot shower, cold a.c.) so we were pleased. The only things I'd recommend is having the bathroom sink checked as it didn't drain quickly at all, filling up while brushing our teeth or washing hands. There was a very strong chemical smell all over the main parts of the hotel (pool chemicals?) but it wasn't terrible in the room. Also with three girls using the...
