"The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. The air conditioner was so loud, it made it difficult to sleep. This was not somewhere I would stay again for longer than a night, our 3 day stay was...

"The breakfast offers a great variety and is delicious. The rooms are large and clean. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap for guests. The location is excellent, close to Texas Tech. I really liked the hotel. Whenever I return, I will stay here again."

"The front desk employee was super helpful. I forgot a to print a waiver for a cheer clinic and she was gracious enough to help out, even though the printer at the hotel was down. Highly recommend."

"Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if...

"The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. We just picked this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, but nothing about this property was extra extraordinary or fancy or nice or anything.
