"Lovely setting with pool and beautiful garden. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. I thought this was good value for the price we paid. Areas for improvement: no towles supplied initially (had to ask), lack of toiletries in the room (no hand soap), wifi does not work, food at restaurant quite expensive. We wanted to have two beds but the rooms have inbuilt king beds so there was a small uncomfortable single bed added. No room service unless you ask and provide your...

"What a wonderful place. The staff is absolute angels, they are very hospitable and accommodating, they go above and beyond to ensure everyone enjoys their stay and feels like home. Nice and clean room (we stayed in the Deluxe room) The food is REALLY good if you like the lokal cuisine, you have to try It!! Only minus was a lack of other guests, due to the covid situation😕 More People would make the athmosphere here even better😊"

The swimming pool was a great —perfect for a refreshing dip after climbing Sigiriya Rock. The hotel is in a slightly isolated location, but this wasn’t an issue for us and actually added to the peaceful atmosphere."
