The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and the location is fantastic. You can easily walk to the village, but you're not so close that you're in the middle of the night life if you like quiet. Access to the beach is just steps away and we liked the towels and beach chairs provided. The view is beautiful, both from the deck and inside!

Lovely place for my small family. We loved to be able to walk to the beach mutilple times a day. Great location! Parking is tight so try to car pool if you can. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Bathroom could use a vent to ventilate as it was very humid in there after a shower. The shower head is ok for us but can be a challenge for a tall person but nothing that you can't deal with for the location and convenient beach access. Would definitely return to this place if I ever come back to Siesta Keys. 9/10. (Would be 10/10 if bathroom had a vent).

Great getaway

We booked a last minute weekend getaway and this property was awesome! The property was clean and the beds were so comfortable! The beach gear was a great addition and made our beach days so convenient! We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location with direct beach access. As our first trip to Siesta Key, it definitely won’t be our last!

Inaccessible to beach

Not enough towels for kitchen. Very low amount of coffee and when I called all I got was a voicemail. The only way we got a little more coffee was from the maintenance man which he took from the first floor that wasn’t being used because of an A/C issue. The advertisement of private beach access is misleading which was completely flooded and loaded with mosquitoes.It is highly suggested that Altez Vacations builds a deck to have proper access to the beach. Also, the clothes washer/dryer you have to deposit quarters to use! Unbelievable!!! Paid Almost $1200 to stay 3 nights and you can’t even offer free laundry?!?!

Great stay!

We were very satisfied with our stay! Our only area of feedback is the bathroom faucet and shower head need to be deep cleaned, and the shower isnt meant for tall people. Worked well for us!

Great Beachside Condo

Everything went very well for us during our 8-day stay during the Sarasota Jazz Festival. Anything we needed that was not initially provided was taken care of very quickly. Nice amount and quality of beach chairs and umbrellas. Very nice place just a short walk for the best beach in the USA!

Good Location

This is a nice location - beach side, easy walk to the Village, trolley stop just out front. The deck is nice, but no view of the beach. Easy access to the beach via public access adjacent to the property. The house itself is older and needs updating; the one and only bath in particular is in sad shape. Kitchen is well stocked, although no ice maker in the fridge. Beds are comfortable. Parking is limited.

Nice property, great location

Our family had an amazing time. The condo had everything we needed. It's a 2-3 minute walk down a pretty trail to gorgeous siesta key Beach. The water was spectacular and surf fishing was abundant. We enjoyed walking about a half mile to siesta key village to visit restaurants and shops in the evenings.

Nice furnishings but no noise buffer between each unit.

Wouldn’t use this unit for more than 2 people. Super small bathroom, shower head hits the ceiling so you can’t adjust it, and water pressure low. Very noisy upstairs and downstairs neighbors with no sound buffer between the units. Traffic noise all night. Needs blackout curtains in bedrooms. The ceiling light didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. But beds were comfy. Enjoyed the deck. Wish there was more of an ocean view than the small keyhole view. Kitchen adequate, Unit is convenient to public beach access. Okay for short visit for 2.

Quick getaway

Perfect local for a quick beach getaway. The location was ideal for beach and village bars/restaurants. Very clean inside! Would stay there again.

Summer Stay

Overall it was positive. Minor inconveniences included washer and dryer outside the apartment, noisy tenants sharing the property and the outdoor sharing area a little unkept. The shower/tub needs new wall tiles and the shower pressure was very poor.

The View from the balcony

From the moment we walked in till we left the keys on the counter, the entire time was joyful. The rooms are well decorated, the beds are very comfortable and there are no shortages of pillows! WiFi worked, streaming TV for the millenials worked and the location was perfect for going to the beach and enjoying Siesta Key Village. 5 our of 5 Stars. Anthony the property manager is great to work with.

Not sure if i would stay again

There was a roach under the queen bed. The toilet seat was stained and needed to be replaced. The bathroom needed a deep clean. Didn't know that you could not do laundry when you want. You habe to wait for quarters to be deliverd and they only left enough for one load a day.The higlights is the location is perfect. The beds are super comfy. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need.
