"Excellent location on the waterfront with walkways along the harbour. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. A grocery store is right across the street. We had a room on the second floor with a view of the ocean. The room was adequate, however the bathroom is small. The hotel is older and dated but has been kept up. We stayed the first week of January, 2026 so didn't need air conditioning but noticed that it is located in the wall next to the window. The room has a balcony which is nice....

"The room is starting to show its age but that didn’t bother me. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable, staff helpful, free shuttle to the airport and a decent price. I just wish we could try the breakfast but we shuttle at 5:30 and breakfast starts at 5. Not a big deal"

"Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB."

"Clean room-some of the furniture looked a little worn mind you with scuffs and “ dings”-did not deter from the overall comfort of the room which included a cozy gas fireplace. Great views from the little balcony access and an inviting deep soaker tub with well designed separate shower. The wait staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the salmon dinner that we enjoyed was delicious. Just the kind of relaxing getaway that we needed."
