"The hotel is brand new and everything was excellent, expect for two things: (I) the AC did not work properly — the AC panels in the rooms were just useless to regulate the temperature; so we were literally freezing, while some other guests complained their rooms were too hot; and (II) there is only a tiny, little closet in the room that barely has room for a couple of pants. The bad thing is that the AC problem makes it a very annoying experience. Sorry… but the hotel could be great if the AC is...

"Water and condensation under mini fridge, water stains on shelving, condensation and hard water stains on the only window in room that blocked view, gap under door which made me feel unsafe, loud room next door, weird layout of hall with had hallways off to 2 rooms with doors right next to each other, reminded me of an old apartment building, front desk staff was friendly, other staff were not welcoming, luggage cart was too small and oddly shaped, everything was artsy artisan which was a cool...

"The property needs some upgrades. The beds are basic and not that comfortable (we both woke up with back aches). Our bathroom was not cleaned well, as there was hair in the shower and on the floor that wasn't mine. Also, the toilet would barely flush the first day and completely stopped flushing the second day. We left the keys on the entertainment center and left around 9:30am the day of checkout. The hotel called around noon and asked if we were checking out or staying longer. I recommend...
