"The host could have been a family member easily. We were running a little bit late and she offered to make us chicken pot pie for dinner. Came out to meet us when we got there. Make sure you read the details on what gates to go through and where to park. Would be easier if there was a sign maybe. But then again I didn't read a lot of the details out of excitement. Finally was able to drink a glass of wine with Paula and her husband. Very very nice couple. Definitely would recommend to others to...

"This is the fourth time that I've rented this house. It is convenient to Staccato Vegas. The house is well stocked and maintained. David, the owner, is great to work with and very responsive. "

"Great place very well kept up! The only thing that was slightly irritating was being asked to strip the beds at the end of our stay. Otherwise this was a fantastic stay. "

"So the RV was fairly clean, but leveling was way off and the potty water tank overflowed and created an unsanitary condition inside the RV. Also it was really cold with insufficient heating. The heater didnt seem to work in the RV and the small heater they provided didnt keep it warm either. So we had no bathroom and heat. The only awesome parts of this was the farm and kangaroo we got to pet and feed and take pics with. Thats why i am not giving just 1 star. I really hope they keep their word...

"Very comfortable home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Beds are comfortable. No surprises! Gayle communicated all information prior to arrival and we didn't need anything further during our stay. We were visiting family and we would stay at this property again."

"Leon's clean space, including the backyard patio, where we had a peaceful early morning view of hot air balloons rising in the distance, is worthy of a return visit."

"It was a short visit and the property worked perfectly for my needs. Property owners were responsive when I had questions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. "

"You feel special being in a place that remote. At the same time it is ideally comfortable and clean.Access to the Dearh Valley is excellent using different entrance than most tourist traffic from Vegas. Solitude in this huge land.The heat pump was bit too loud."

"My husband and I met my niece and sister in Pahrump because it was 1/2 way between our home in California and their home in Eastern Nevada. Your home is in a very quiet neighborhood of Pahrump, close to town, restaurants, casinos, etc. The house is new construction, very clean, and decorated nicely. "I needed a place to stay after driving cross country to help with my parents move from their RV to a permanent home. This property was ideal with a fridge and freezer to keep food and meds cold and keeping ice available for my daily drinks and to chill my travel cooler. Very clean and convenient to the RV park in Parhump vs staying in Vegas. The property has 3 mini homes/trailers like the one I stayed in as well as one permanent tiny home. Lots of parking and each unit had a nice outdoor space...

"Quiet room even though it is on the ground floor. The bed and its accessories are perfect and on the bathroom floor, on the tile, there are irremovable marks. The only caveat is the removal of dust in the corners."
