Outdoor Paradise: The massive patio is an outdoor living room with cozy sectional seating, two dining tables, propane and charcoal grills, and games like Jenga, cornhole, and darts.

Pool & Stargazing: Take a dip in the private, unheated pool (comfortable mid-May to October, weather-dependent) and spend evenings gathered around the stone fire pit with Adirondack seating, perfect for marshmallow roasting and incredible mountain and desert stargazing.

Modern Comfort: Inside, find new flooring, a refreshed kitchen, and a living room with a plush sectional and 55" smart TV (Netflix, Prime, and more included). Two dedicated workspace desks are set up for remote work or online learning.

Flexible Sleeping: Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably across the King primary bedroom (with a full LaZBoy sofa bed), and a flexible common area with a full bed, twin daybed, and twin trundle. A crib/pack n’ play, high chair, and extra cot/air bed are available upon request.

Playtime: We provide children's books, toys, puzzles, coloring books, and games.

Kitchen Convenience: A well-equipped kitchen features a large countertop oven, microwave, double-burner hotplate, toaster, and complimentary snacks, oatmeal, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

Complete Privacy: Located at the far rear of the property, entirely separate from the main host house. Fully fenced with a driveway gate (your preference to open/close).

Parking: Ample parking for vehicles, RVs, or motorhomes. A personal vehicle is highly recommended for this rural area.

Host on Site: We live in the main house and are available for assistance, but we strictly respect your privacy.

Pool Safety: The pool is unheated, and there is no lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times. Swim at your own risk.
