The option to hire bikes and paddle boards is available by the foreshore, and Tomaree mountain is also nearby – its popular trail walk to the summit and stunning lookout starts just 1.8km away. A 2-minute drive up the road will take you to the delicious eateries including Mod Thai, Gianni's, Zenith, Fusion, La Dolce Vita, Little Boathouse, Shoal Bay Country Club, Inner Light Tea Rooms, and many more.
Level 1 of this coastal home offers an open plan living room with a 40" LCD TV & DVD player, linking to a freshly renovated kitchen which is spacious and practical, and features a dishwasher and breakfast bench. At the rear of the house, the dining area with solid timber dining table leads to the backyard and the spacious back deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. This level also offer 2 bedrooms with built-in robes, one with queen bed and the other with bunk beds, as well as the main bathroom with separate bath and shower, and an internal laundry with a washing machine and 3rd toilet.
Upstairs is a spacious and cosy 2nd living area with ducted air-conditioning, an LCD TV & DVD player, 3-seater lounge and bean bags, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet.
