"Our yearly road trip to Mackay was met with excellent service and clean comfortable conditions. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. So friendly and helpful. The free laundry on site was fantastic thank you. The view well what more can I say AMAZING"

"The property was close to fast food outlets. Bridge road has eateries down the opposite side of the motel. Hostess was friendly and supportive. The room was quiet and there was no noise from the road."

"A wonderful, clean, quiet, comfortable place. Great area, close to facilities, beach, parks, eateries. A nice licensed establishment across the street. Lovely greeting on check in with great local advice. Really enjoyed. Would highly recommend."

"We had a large spacious suite with an extensive balcony area. The staff were very nice and an issue with a tripped fuse was fixed quickly. However over the six nights the room was serviced once and we had to ask for supplies."

"May sound minor but the fact that when we booked in late at night, the key was in the safe box at the office and the room had milk and biscuits was great. Nice room as well."

"Affordable and very clean. Sheet crispy and clean. Friendly staff. Easy parking straight off room. Perfect for over night whilst travelling. Very affordable. One area of improvement would be more than just one pillow per bed in the room."
