"Upon entering the hotel, many teams were waiting upon check-in. There were two property staff members arguing in the lobby- which quieted everyone. One staff member yelled that the hotel does not wash its blankets, while the other lady who seemed to be in charge, refused to let anyone in their hotel early. Many teams were in the hotel lobby, with cleaned rooms, and refused to let anyone in until check in time. Of course, caused a back up between interactions with staff and elevator. Nothing but...
