The staff was courteous and very accommodating, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the first room had a strong odor and the door would not lock, but once I brought it to their attention, they immediately switched us to another room.
In the second room, I noticed the wallpaper near the window was peeling and there appeared to be some mold, and the window wasn’t fully closed. Since we were only staying one night, I didn’t mention it and simply covered the area with the curtains. Later that evening, I also realized the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been, with some dirt and hair in the corner.
At that point, we just wanted to get some rest and head out in the morning, so we didn’t request another change. I’m grateful for the kindness of the staff, but unfortunately this experience has made it unlikely that we would choose to stay here again.
