My room was exceptionally clean and my bed was that comfortable that I really did not want to get up in the morning. Shower was lovely. This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. "What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "Amazing stay! From the gentleman at check in, to the room to staff at breakfast, everything was superb. Hotel is really really lovely, our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Lovely touch having ice cold water and fresh milk in the mini fridge as well for tea and coffee. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was simply amazing - all complimentary, food was of a very high standard and staff couldn't do enough for you. Even on check out, the gentleman remembered why we were there...

"Parking is very easy and so was check in. The Townhouse although in a central location was quiet. The hotel was clean, and staff very friendly, but would benefit from some updating. The shower in room 9 lost pressure after a few minutes. I asked Expedia to find out if breakfast was available but they could not get an answer and just referred me to the description which says it is. However when we checked in we were told it is not, there is cafe nearby that does it and opens early but the advert...
