Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property! Communication was excellent, describing every detail on how to operate lights, locks, hot tub, and thermostat. We enjoyed great views and walks. Fresh eggs were wonderful. "A little small but it was okay since we mainly just slept here. There was enough beds for everyone including extra thick mattress for another person to sleep on if needed. The owners do live on property but they gave us our privacy. Any interactions we had with them were very friendly. Remote location with nice views but close enough to town. And a lot of extra amenities and little freebies. Made us feel very welcome!!!"

"A wonderful 3 bedroom cabin in parklike setting. It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The hosts Frank and Rebecca live close by and are attentive to any needs. It was perfect for our "girls weekend" of wine and food tasting. Also enjoyed shopping downtown Sutter Creek. We will definitely return !! "

"This was a little piece of heaven. We were in the area for a family members wedding. The house acted as a meeting spot for family to tuch basis and plan. It was nice and quiet, with beautifully lit pathways and ample outside areas to relax. The decorations in the home were done with care for detail. I highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing weekend getaway, or vacation rental. It won't disappoint. 👍😊"

"This place was private, quiet, roomy and on a lovely property. It was centrally located in the heart of Apple Hill. I was able to come and go with no issues and I loved that they had a full kitchen I could utilize. It was a little off the beaten path but still close enough I could easily access restaurants and local shopping. The owners were such a delight and very kind. I would 100% stay there again and plan to in the future! "

"We visited Sunset Hills in April, and it was so beautiful. Quail were browsing outside the sliding glass door. The grass was bright green and trees were leafing out. So beautiful. Very close to Sutter Creek where the shopping is fun, and the food is fabulous. Next time I want to swim in that beautiful infinity pool and sit by the fire table in the evening. Thank you for a great stay!"
