"The room was great. The bed was tight and firmly made. The staff and vallet were great. They gave me the accommodations that I needed. I would recommended this establishment to all my family and friends. The staff even put my luggage in my vehicle, so I wouldn't be late to the Panthers Game. The price for the hotel is very reasonable as well and downtown, not to mention a block up, you have Ri Ra Pub and club Prohibition (highly recommended both!!). "

"2 dias sem arrumação no quarto e reclamando na recepção. Café da manhã que deveria abrir as 6:30 só abriu as 6:50 fui para o aeroporto sem café. Funcionários da recepção sem paciência. Reservei um quarto de casal com uma cama King queria me dar um quarto com duas camas queen. Muito caro pela qualidade do serviço."
