"We did not get the room we paid for; when we arrived after dining out, we found a dirty bathroom, the shower water did not go into the pipes, and the thermostat did not work. "

"The condition of the assigned room fell short of the expectations set by online photos. The room required more thorough housekeeping, and the furnishings showed significant age and wear. Additionally, the bathroom did not match the online photos, which showcased a walk-in shower with glass doors rather than the dated bathtub and shower curtain I received."

"Will stay there again absolutely love this place!"

"Localização"

"It was a convenient uptown location and restaurant was good. Food was very good at reasonable prices. Would stay and eat here again"

"1. Staff was not very helpful 2.no ice machine 3. elevator problems."

"Place is clean and very comfortable. It was a 1 night stay. People were very nice. Close to downtown Charlotte and train station."

"We just loved everything about this house. Way better than sleeping in a hotel. "
