"It was great to have a little home base while we explore and hike the surrounding area. We also had it pretty nice and cool. Be warn, it doesn’t stay super cool all day as it was hot. It was around the 90s and the ac barely kept the place at 78 during the day. But you’re supposed to be out anyways. Pleasant stay."

Checked all the boxes and when I’m back in the area I’ll bring my pups with me too! Beautiful quiet country location. "

"Utica is a super cute, comfy vibe little town. The Mill Street loft #2 is right in the heart of the downtown. Parking is ample and a short walk to the loft. Everything is as pictured. The decor is top notch. And a cozy vibe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just to note, there are quite of a bit of stairs to get to the loft upstairs. We heard a little noise from the Main Street but by 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, it was very quiet. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend...

"It's a nice apartment, cheaply but competently renovated. There were cobwebs around when we arrived but otherwise it was clean. The beds are VERY nice, extremely comfortable which is so important. My biggest gripe, something not demonstrated in the listing, is the fact that the property directly borders an actve train teack, and when i say it's right outside I mean it is RIGHT outside. I was kept up the entire night one of the nights of our stay because of a pair of trains stopping and starting...

"The only place I could have my 4 cats close to me and comfortable. Laura should be given a raise for her help with anything I needed. Very charming and friendly person. I have recommended your place to many friends and I would love to come back again and possibly rent monthly. Even the neighbors in the building were wonderful"

"We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back for more stays.The only thing missing was wash clothes and hand towels.I would add in the coffee is a kurig and not a actual coffee pot.I went to town and bought one for our stay."
