"The view of the lake was great. Relaxing, laid -back setting. They have a nice blacktop trail around the lake, bring your fishing pole and artificial bait no live bait. I was told sometimes the park rangers come down and fish with the kids.The rooms are dated but nice and clean. It would have been nice if there was a microwave and a mini fridge. They offered s'mores by the campfire which was a big hit with the kids. The Restaurant had good service and food. We spent 2 days there on our way to...

"Really interesting Mountain View’s and unique location. Staff was very friendly in informing us on the amenities offered and helped set us up with breakfast for our stay (which beat our expectations). Not a bad spot to lay your head down after a day exploring local parks, wineries and cideries."

"The bed rooms were clean, as were the bathrooms. The hosts were kind and responsive. However, the 1/2 bath smelled like urine. Additionally, it was extremely noisy. The dog barked & you could hear every movement they made upstairs. The beds were also very creaky and it was drafty. "
