"This was my first bed-and-breakfast experience, and it went very well! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were super comfortable and private. The breakfast offered in the morning was very delicious and plentiful! It is a fixed menu, but of course you can know if you have allergen or dietary restrictions and it can be adjusted. "Beautiful b & b and so secluded. Crabtree Falls room so atmospheric with log burning stove. Comfortable bed and big room. Bathroom needs updating but all clean. Tasty, simple breakfast. Brenda prepared us a charcuterie board which was very tasty. Honesty bar. Games abound. Outdoor terrace. A beautiful secluded stop off. Would stay again. "

"We really enjoyed a relaxing stay here. It is located in lovely VA farm/vineyard country with beautiful views from various rooms in the Manor. The accommodations and common areas where beautifully appointed. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was substantial and very good (fresh eggs from their chickens apparently!). The staff was warm and gracious always anticipating our needs. They even had a Lucid EV charger that they allowed us to use prior to leaving to allieve my range...

"The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. "
