"Clean and Fredrick was friendly and responded quickly when messaging. We had two large trucks didn’t have enough room for both to park in driveway so had to park one about two blocks away but wasn’t a big deal for me since this I was riding to work in the other vehicle. Clean and had two private bedrooms."

"We were given some devastating news in mid October that our dog not only had cancer but that it had metastasized and said goodbye to her on 11/7. If we thought we were heartbroken when we got that news, it wasn’t even close to the pain we’ve felt and continue to feel since our goodbye. This was a last minute trip to try to keep our minds pre-occupied from our profound sadness. "Es war ein Highlight unserer Road Tour, wir wären auch länger geblieben falls es nicht ausgebucht gewesen wäre. Neben allem anderen hat's dem Junior (13) das Schlafen direkt unterm Dach angetan, mir die tolle Veranda."

"amazing location, felt like home, lots of space!"

"Very friendly host who made communications easy. We left our iPad behind and they called us right away. The apartment was large, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom renovation was beautiful with a great shower. It is about a block from the C&O trail plus free parking on the property."

"The posting warns about low ceilings and insects. I'm 6'1" and did fine, just watched my head on the step. I did see one spider, but otherwise very clean and not buggy. My only other criticism is there is one small trash can in the kitchen area and not the bathroom. Very cute and very comfortable, especially for just one night. My wife complimented it multiple times during our short time there."

"The flat is adorable, very well kept, and centrally located in town. The owners, Sam and Jeff, have thought of so many little touches that make their flat feel like home. Sam, who is often working downstairs in Creekside Provisions, gave us tons of ideas for restaurants and things to do. She even made a dinner reservation for us! We had the best time in Berkeley Springs, and a big reason was the lovely stay we had in the Creekside Flat."

"Location is unbeatable- but bring ear plugs for the train whistling through the night."
