"This place was very clean and Michael was great, answering all my questions quickly. check in was simple just a code to get in it was very updated and the beds were very comfortable. It was close to Yale and to some great pizza places"

"Positives: the place was clean, and generally well appointed. Felt comfortably large for a studio apartment. The bathroom had been updated with marble floor and wall tiles and new fixtures. New fridge, small microwave and an old gas stove. It was warm but we could open the windows. We found several good places to eat within easy walking distance. Cons: Beware - This is a FOURTH FLOOR WALK UP! It was a bear to get our large luggage up all those stairs! Other small stuff: no washcloths, only...

"The place was cooled before I arrived with an air conditioning unit making it a nice welcome.The host was communicative and hospitable. They left more than enough towels, pillows, blankets. I super appreciated how clean everything was and it smelled good which made them comfortable to use and sleep in the bed."

"I had issues with getting codes, which I managed, but NO COMMUNICATION!! there was no direct help number that would have quickly resolved stressful situation For that a poor rating - otherwise good room and location it would greatly help to have a live contact also I planned one day to walk around New have, but you wouldn't let me leave my bag!! I can see not checking in but for the cost of the night the curtesy to leave a small carry on in a closet is not too much to expect"

"My wife and I loved this unit. The host was the quickest to respond to questions that we have encountered. My only issue was the parking. There is a 19 charge per day to park in the parking lot. There is limited and restricted street parking. We got lucky because we were there on a weekend night."

"First of all the pictures didn't do this place any justice. I love the layout and size of this place, the rooms are spacious, the living room and dining areas are perfectly organized, and the kitchen and bathroom are huge, and everything we're cleaned and nothing out of place. Excellent job by host, nothing I can think of improving. I will definitely try booking this place again when I get the dates of our next event next year."
