"The host was wonderful, helped with answering questions and issues regarding the app for the door lock. Issues were not their fault. Tv remotes had no batteries, had to purchase some. Cable wasn’t working, discovered it had been disconnected from tv. Queen beds felt like they were actually full size. Disappointed to discover hot tub was only seasonal and the cabin wasn’t as close to the lake as we thought it would be from pictures/description."

"Here are some pros and cons.
1. Location is prime. Walking distance to the aquarium at the boardwalk and if you really wanted to, you could walk to Walmart.
2. The front desk people are very helpful and got a lot of tickets thru the hotel to save time and some money. There’s also security walking around which was nice.
3. House keeping is very prompt! Called down for new sheets and towels, they came within 5 mins.

"They gave us a dirty room to begin with dirty stinky socks, we came back to the front desk to let them know about the issue and instead of saying we get you another room they did like a 10 minute investigation. We did get a clean ish room after all."
