"The home has everything you could possibly need plus more. AC works great, bed is comfy but above all the waterfall shower is amazing. Short walk or drive across the street to PCB or St Andrews park-beach is right down the street. Cynthia is GREAT with any questions you may have. If you bring your fur baby please know the yard is full of sandspurs. We had to pull them off our girl every time she went to potty. Other than that, this place is really nice. Thank you Cynthia!! "

"Dave was great, Had trouble with one of the tv. He was very helpful walking me through fixing it with a text. House was very nice, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The back yard was great for our dog. It is privet and fully fenced in. Very short walk to the beach. Our dog is now a beach bum Beagle."

"Check-in was a breeze everything was prepared ahead of time. It was good food and liquor very close by within walking distance. The resort itself was in outstanding condition everything was very clean and well-kept. I even took my own brand of k-cups. I would highly recommend the Summit."

"The house itself was great! The only downside was the backyard wasn't as fenced in as it appears to be. It's great if you want to keep your dog confined to 3/4ths of the yard. No major issues, just a very dog rich neighborhood, so closing off that last corner would be beneficial. Host was very responsive and helpful. My final 0.02, we've never visted this area before, so it was tough to determine where parking was allowed and not when going to the beach. If further explanation was offered to...

"We liked everything about our stay in this townhouse. It was well furnished and very well decorated. The host, Veronica, was very helpful. We always got an answer to any question we ask in a timely manner. We plan to return there sometime this summer."
