"I booked a king bedroom and when I went to check in they said they had to change my room to 2 queens. When I asked why? He said they overbooked king rooms and he didnt apologize or anything, just kept looking down and brushed it off.
Maybe a breakfast offer for the hotel or something would of been nice for the inconvenience, but he just kept his head down and I'm not one to complain really."
