"Beautiful views of Keuka lake!! We stayed only one night and kept driving. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and room was spacious, clean. Is good to stay in a good place just to relax and keep driving."

"The view off the lake from our room was beautiful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the property was pretty dated, as others have stated before and it was pretty isolated. The winery on-site was convenient but the staff there was not as accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but would not go back."

"The photos online are not representative of present condition of the property. Tub backed up terribly. Carpet and seating area had major stains. Bedding looked like it might not have been changed, after last room rental. There were several hairs in the bedding when pulling back sheets. Luckily, there was a second bed that seemed better. Add to that, the towels were clearly years old. One had a hole and loose threads hanging off of it. Overall, even for a budget motel, very underwhelming....

"From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was hit by a strong odor that made a poor first impression. The hallways, carpeted floors, and staircases looked neglected, almost like an abandoned building. Beside the amount of dirt, the carpet was full of stains that appeared to be a mix of old spills, garbage residue, and what even looked like blood in some areas. It was unsettling. The room itself wasn't much better. The entry door appeared to have been damaged, and the lock looked like it had...

"Best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B! Casually sophisticated served in a great old mansion from the 1800's with a great history. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had the quietest air conditioning I have ever had anywhere. The gas fireplace made the room! Surprisingly quiet neighborhood too! Kudos to Drew and everyone at the Benn Conger Inn. My 6 night stay was great and I was happy I was able to pass on to you a new cooked egg technique."

If you're looking for a fast-paced location with lots to do, this might not be for you. However, if you're looking for a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is perfect."

"Clean, large room and spacious bathroom with high ceilings. AC unit in window worked well but was a little noisy for sleeping. Could have used a second chair in the room and a refrigerator. We were very happy with the accommodations and easy parking. Central location in town, but still quiet. One big disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. The description for the hotel did not mention this. No restaurants were open for breakfast Sunday through Tuesday and there were very limited...
