"This rental is a little off the beaten path, but absolutely worth it if you can make the trip outside of Anchorage. It is a 2 hour drive or so from the airport, but through mountain roads and side note- this is on a steep mountain down (or steep for midwesterners anyway haha). "We had a great time at the cabin and enjoyed the outdoor beauty of it's surrounding area. Our time there was ideal--from kayaking on the lake, hiking, a day trip to Valdez, fishing, relaxing in the hammock, to our fish fry and smores on the open fire. "The whole experience was wonderful. The feel of tent camping with a real bed. Megan puts so many special touches on the place and is always available when needed. We are new to living in Alaska, dont have a camper and wanted to give camping a go. This was the perfect spot. Everything from the campsite to the outhouse was super clean, and well maintained. "

"Lugar lindíssimo! Vistas deslumbrantes! No entanto, caro pelo que oferece. Tem restaurante, mas com horário limitadíssimo; tem café-da-manhã, mas pago por fora (e caro!). O quarto é bem limpo, mas espartano. Não dá pra perdoar a falta de, pelo menos, uma mesa e cadeira."
