"This was the perfect space and location for our family and dog. Nice quiet street, clean home, and almost everything we needed was already there. It was cozy and comfortable, and the host communicated well with us. Just a few blocks walk to the public beach access area. "

"Had a work trip and ended up traveling with my mom and dog. Opted to stay at Frannys Florida cottage in lieu of a hotel and was a good choice. We truly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable and adorable! Also loved the fenced in back area with the porch swing. Creates a private little area to sit and chil outside. Will stay there again if I ever find myself in the Fort Walton Beach area again. "

"Perfect condo/house near the beach. We had zero issues checking in but also we have been to this resort many times so we already know our way around and how to get into the resort. Beds were comfy, plenty of kitchen and beach supplies although we always bring everything we need. The a/c worked well. Golf cart worked well. Everything was perfect for 3 adults and 2 teens. "

"The property is nestled in a little gated community just one block from the beach. We rented a golf cart and was set. This was our 5th time in Destin and we will be back! The neighbors were friendly and very helpful with questions about the area. Highly recommended! Go check it out! "

"We enjoyed our week at this property. Everything was easy to navigate including the location, check in, communication with the owner, and check out instructions. The condo was clean, comfortable, had all the necessities of home, was in a great location with an easy walk to the beach, and was well decorated. Will recommend to others staying in the area."

"The location of this property is perfect! It was so nice being able to walk across the street to beautiful Miramar Beach or to walk the few steps to the pool. The house does have a beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas, which I don't think is listed on the site so that was a pleasant surprise. The house had everything we needed and was absolutely beautiful! Thanks for a memorable and relaxing stay!"

"The Captain's Quarters was one of the most adorable, cozy and comfortable slice of heaven tucked away from the overcrowded tourist areas. There are several top notch restaurants in the area and the owners wrote the book on southern hospitality. Take a break from your every day, decompress and disconnect (although the house has awesome wifi!). Definitely recommended and will return. "

"O Hotel estava lotado, e o café da manhã era farto porém apenas com produtos de farinha branca ) pãozinho, pão de forma e waffle) super calórico. Outros produtos como aveia ou chocolate já vinham prontos e também já vinham com açúcar e eram muito doces. Para quem precisava engordar…."

"O hotel foi perfeito! Perto de varias comodidades, 10min de carro do Shopping Destin Commom, perto da praia. Os funcionarios sao muito atenciosos, o hotel é limpo, a cozinha funcional. Ponto fraco: ficamos no quarto com 1 cama king + sofa-cama. Quando se abre o sofa-cama, o quarto fica bem apertadinho, quem está na cama king do lado da parede, tem dificuldade para passar. Precisa remover o centreo de mesa. Mesmo assim, vale a pena pois o hotel é bem gostosinho. Tem um hot tube, piscina e area molhada para crianças. O hotel tambem possui maquina de gelo em todos os andares. "
