Imbros Villas - Exclusive members of Holiways Villas. Imbros Villas are three private, luxurious, and autonomous villas set in the village of Imbros in the Sfakia Region.

Nestled in the charming village of Imbros, in the picturesque region of Hora Sfakion, Chania, Imbros Villa I offers a perfect blend of luxury, tranquillity, and stunning natural beauty. The villa offers a spacious living area, a private outdoor space, and breathtaking panoramic views of the rugged Cretan mountains.

Indoor facilities
The complex of these three unique villas is located in a small village at Imbros. These three villas are newly built and offer a unique palette of neutral colours. There are seven airy bedrooms and seven bathrooms for the best comfort in the villas. Each villa offers a ground level and an upper level. Three bedrooms with king-size beds are located on the ground level, along with the contemporary living room with the TV and the modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances that make cooking the most enjoyable experience in your holidays. Airy spaces allow private moments for each guest. Inside the villa, the romantic atmosphere and the modern and elegant design promise comfortable and pleasant accommodations. The villa offers three communal bathrooms on the ground level of the villas with showers and one ensuite. On the upper floors of the villa, there are three more bedrooms with twin-size beds and one more with a king-size bed. The spacious bedroom in one of the villas offers an ensuite bathroom with a shower while the rest of the bathrooms are communal with showers. The modern design of the villa will absolutely make you feel impressed.

Outdoor facilities
Under the Cretan sun, you could enjoy the pools along with your loved ones and feel relaxed. The BBQ with gas will make the cooking experience an easy and enjoyable experience, and you could enjoy your alfresco meal next to their pools underneath the starlight sky, The protected pergola will offer a cooling off in the view of the mountains. An outdoor shower is also available to refresh after a swim. Lastly, free street parking ensures that guests have everything they need for a hassle-free stay.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pools can be heated upon request free of charge from April to June and from September to November at about 26 - 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 5 days' advance notice for this facility.

The villas are located in the foothills of the Lefka Oroi at an altitude of 780 meters in the homonymous plateau, and the road from Askyfou to Sfakia, Guests can enjoy the peace and quiet of a rural setting, The location offers endless opportunities for hiking, exploration, and cultural immersion.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 45€ per night from April to October and 12€ per night from November to March. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
