"The property was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The hosts were very polite and accommodating when needed. And, the price was very reasonable. I stayed in one of the private rooms, and shared a bathroom with one other room. I never felt like my privacy was threatened, and I felt almost as if I were at home. I’ll definitely be staying there again when i return to Seward."

"Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again."

"This is NOT an Inn, but a 4bdrm property that has long term renters. Dirty, unorganized, no communication, no staff, nothing as advertised. Front door has a 6 didget code that was never provided, as wifi password requested multiple times. "
