Casa Deco Apartment recently-refurbished in a fantastic area

Leave your worries behind at this wonderful place to stay: it’s an oasis of tranquility! Located in a great part of Seville, right next to the Real de la Feria de Abril and just a 10-minute walk from downtown—a pleasant stroll. Very well connected, with public transportation just a few meters away. The area has fabulous restaurants and is close to the Guadalquivir River. A great place to enjoy Seville.
If you’re traveling with 8 people, I have an adjacent apartment that can accommodate 4 more people.

The space
2-bedroom apartment, spacious dining room with open kitchen, and large bathroom.
Very well-maintained and with excellent soundproofing.
Sleeps four people; one bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two twin beds.
The house is completely separate from the other houses and has its own entrance.

Other things to keep in mind
We do not accept groups of young people. The minimum age for all guests staying at the property is 25 years old
We do not accept guests coming to celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
