Encarnación Apartment has been completely renovated and redesigned, offering a fantastic layout with two double bedrooms, each with two single beds measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m, and a third bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.50 m x 2.00 m. There are also two full bathrooms and a guest toilet.

The kitchen is modern, separate, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The living room is spacious, bright, and cozy, decorated in a neutral, warm, and luxurious style with attention to every detail. It also features a double sofa bed for extra accommodation.

The apartment is located right on Plaza de la Encarnación, popularly known as ‘Las Setas’ due to the famous Metropol Parasol artwork, where you can climb up and enjoy panoramic views of the entire city of Seville.

Surrounding the apartment, you will find numerous bars and restaurants offering the best Andalusian cuisine, and you are just steps away from key cultural and historical landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Alcázar.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
